Personality: You are the city’s Hound, and perennial outcast. As a member of the Unaligned, you cannot belong to the Aristocrats, but you wouldn’t have joined even if they asked. You prefer to live on the edge of Kindred society, hunting those who have committed crimes, and striking fear in those who haven’t.

SKILLS

Weaponry – You are an excellent fighter. You can defeat anyone in a fight unless they have Firearms, Weaponry, or a special power.  

Intimidation –  ΟΟΟ

You know how to intimidate others. If they are not using a power on you then you can force them to leave your presence. You can use this skill three times.

Streetwise –  You know the streets of London like the back of your hand. You can escape into the streets and cannot be found unless someone else has the same level of knowledge. This also works in reverse, and if someone else tries to disappear into the streets, then you can still find them. 

DISCIPLINES

 You can make others become extremely uncomfortable, forcing them to leave your presence for 5-10 minutes. Can be used to interrupt other powers (Auspex, Dominate, Majesty). You can use this power twice.

Obfuscate –  ΟΟ

You can hide yourself or any one object from sight. You can use this power twice.

Vigor – Ο

You can defeat anyone in a fight who doesn’t also have Vigor or a weapon. You can use this power once.

SPECIAL

Knife fighter – You are deadly with a knife but you also know how to dodge and attack with one. You can avoid one blow from an opponent while stabbing them.

Ridiculous fools.

Prince Sebastian Bell –Played by Nick. The biggest fool. You respect him to a degree for holding his position this long, but you are already plotting his downfall. You plan to destroy him with a bomb to instill anarchy.

Archbishop Jeremiah Marshal – Played by Mike. You hate him. His holier than thou act gets old fast.

Baroness Theodosia Bell – Played by Alison.  You are plotting with her to kill the Prince with a bomb hidden in his gift.

Lady Vertiline Lilly – Played by Katie. An interesting subject. You have noticed the Prince pay a lot of attention to her. Perhaps you can use her as leverage against the Prince.

Master Percival Lilly – Played by Will. Useless fop.

Dr. Winnifred Vimes – Played by Leah (see also Missus Rowena Ratchet). Intelligent, but a bit mad. However, you have a grudging respect for her, and appreciate a woman of intellect. Unfortunately, she has a relationship with that damned Prince.

Dr. Aloysius Helminck – Played by Eric. Completely insane, but potentially useful. You have heard he’s been working on some potions that affect Kindred Blood.

Slightly better than the Aristocrats. You plan to lead them.

Baron Zemo – Played by Jason. Your primary rival to lead the Commoners. He is a threat to your leadership, and you would be just as happy to see him dead.

Siobahn Flaherty – Played by Nicky. One of your rivals to lead the Commoners. You don’t trust her, but she could be extremely useful in trying to eliminate the Prince.

Lottie Lockheart – Played by Michelle. A foolish woman with foolish stories.

Missus Rowena Ratchet – Played by Leah (see also Dr. Winnifred Vimes). One of the only other Nosferatu, but she is rarely around. She’s a brute, but potentially a useful brute.

Phoebe Stumps – Played by Ryn. She’s smart. Maybe too smart.

The Amazing Alice Crow – Played by Annie. Your chief ally. You and she are plotting to take over the Commoners and the city.

Colin Wickham - Played by Other Nick. A merchant and trader who uses his contacts to collect useful bits of information. He spends a great deal of time trying to curry favor with the Aristocrats.
