Affiliation: Commoner

Personality: You are a puppet-master, and the killer. As well as being generally incompetent, the Prince has been oppressing the Circle of the Crone for decades, and you are plotting to overthrow him in order to bring them back.  Besides, you’re far cleverer than the rest of idiots and it pains you to suffer through their feeble attempts at governance. If an idiot must be in power, at least it should be one susceptible to your influence.

Gift to the Prince: A lovely Chinese screen, given to you as a gift by a long time contact.

Skills

Empathy – You can learn the emotional state of the person you’re talking to. You can use this ability three times. 

Subterfuge – You are an expert at lying. You can ignore someone trying to use Empathy, Persuasion or a similar skill to learn more about you. This does not work against powers like Auspex or Majesty. You can use this ability twice.

Persuasion –You can be quite persuasive. If someone does not completely disagree with you and the outcome won’t harm them, you can get them to agree with you on any one chosen topic (for example, you can’t convince them that their best friend is a killer). You may use this ability three times.

Disciplines

Celerity – You can dodge one strike against you or run away from one attack. Can be cancelled if the other person has Celerity. You can use this power twice. 

Majesty –  You can learn 1 secret from the person you use this on. You can use this power twice.

Vigor – You can defeat anyone in a fight who doesn’t also have Vigor or a weapon. You can use this power once

Special

Cruac – You have developed methods for countering powers like Auspex and Majesty. You can ignore any one use of one of these powers. You may use this power twice.

Connections and Opinions:

The Aristocrats: You should be an Aristocrat, but the Prince’s tyranny prevents you from gaining the respect you and your covenant deserve.

Prince Sebastian Bell – Played by Nick. A tyrant and an idiot, he must be destroyed. You have arranged a plot to destroy him.

Archbishop Jeremiah Marshal – Played by Mike. The only one worse than the Prince. He may need to be killed as well.  Try to find someone willing to do that.

Baroness Theodosia Bell – Played by Alison. A sympathizer of the Commoners. Though the Prince’s child, she is openly critical of his strict traditionalist regime. She may be a useful tool.

Lady Vertiline Lilly – Played by Katie. An insane child, but her visions are interesting. Try to learn more about her.

Master Percival Lilly – Your pawn. He came to you wanting a vessel for the prince who was high on opium. Something about making him more pliable to convince him to do something about his sister. You have poisoned the vessel, which will destroy the Prince. Your plan is to lay low, and let him take the blame. Once people are on his trail, you have more poison to kill him while he’s feeding his addiction.

Dr. Winnifred Vimes – Played by Leah. Another slightly mad aristocrat. You’re not very familiar with her research, but you’ll look into it after the regime change.

Dr. Aloysius Helminck – Played by Eric. Obsessed with his own experiments to the exclusion of everything else. You’ve heard that the direction of his research is overcoming vampiric weaknesses. This is interesting and you’ll find a good use for him once you’re in control.

The Commoners: Useful tools.

Baron Zemo – Played by Jason. One of your main allies. Not the brightest bulb, but also dissatisfied with the current regime. You plan to make him your puppet Prince while you pull his strings.

The Dead Rook – Played by JJ. A rival of the Barons and one of your rivals to lead the Commoners. He may be a problem later since part of your deal with the Baron is that you will lead the Aristocrats and also lead the Commoners through him after he becomes Prince.

Missus Rowena Ratchet – Played by Leah. Your bodyguard. A brute, but useful.

Phoebe Stumps – Played by Ryn. An extremely intelligent detective. You are most concerned about her. 

The Amazing Madame Alice Crow – Played by Annie. One of your allies, her magic may prove extremely useful.

Colin Wickham - Played by Other Nick. A merchant and trader who uses his contacts to collect useful bits of information. He spends a great deal of time trying to curry favor with the Aristocrats.
