This is common knowledge about each person in the city. Your character sheet gives more information about your knowledge of and feelings on each person.

ARISTOCRATS (These folks have more money and access to hunting grounds than the commoners. Commoners have to defer to them and call them by their titles or address them as "sir" or "madam.")

Prince Sebastian Bell - Played by Nick P. The Prince of London and a Ventrue Invictus. He has banned the Carthian Movement and the Circle of the Crones from his city and Baron Zemo is his only exception to a prohibition on the Gangrel Clan. He's invited you to Netherfield for Judgement Day. 

Baroness Theodosia Bell - Played by Alison. The Prince's childe. She is an Aristocrat, but has recently started associating with the commoners and reading books by anarchists and other disreputable characters. She publicly said something about replacing the Prince at the last gathering.

Archbishop Jeremiah Marshal - Played by Mike. The Prince's right hand, and the head of the church. He is a skilled investigator and openly contemptuous of commoners.

Lady Vertiline Lily - Played by Katie. An Aristocrat, but quite mad. She has visions.

Master Percival Lily - Played by Will. Generally regarded as a feckless dandy.

Dr. Winifred Vimes - Played by Leah. A scientist. Somewhat eccentric. She researches something to do with compounds and vampire blood.

Dr. Aloysious Helminck. Played by Eric. A scientist. Quite mad. Obssessed with something about overcoming weaknesses. He goes on and on about it on the few occasions he bothers to leave his laboratory.

COMMONERS (They get the territory and jobs that the Aristocrats don't want. The Aristocrats can boss them around - when they bother to acknowledge them).

Baron Zemo - Played by Jason. Baron is a nickname, not a title. The only foreigner allowed in the court. He is the sheriff of the city (the prince's "chief of police" if you will). A useful Commoner, but still just a Commoner. A formidable physical combatant.

The Dead Rook - Played by JJ. Lord of London's Underground. Baron Zemo's backup muscle. An offputting and vulgar character. Openly resents the aristocracy and sometimes borders on open insolence.

Lottie Lockhart- Played by Michelle. An adventuress and explorer.

Missus Rowena Ratchett - Played by Leah. She is crude, brutish, and barely able to manage in society. She prefers to get her way using force and does so whenever possible.

Phoebe Stumps - Played by Ryn. Very clever and highly observant. She styles herself an investigator and is known to be good at what she does.

The Amazing Madame Alice Crow - Played by Annie. Resourceful, but vulgar, she uses her powers to trick mortals into thinking she is a medium. Makes a decent living at it, too.

Siobhan Flaherty - Played by Nicky. She exploits mortals weaknesses for intoxicants by running an opium den.

Collin Wickham - Played by Nick T. A merchant and trader who uses his contacts to collect useful bits of information. He spends a great deal of time trying to curry favor with the Aristocrats.
